Cancellation/Refund Policy
There is no cancellation option for the end users after the payment is made. No refund request will be accepted if the student misses the online session on the scheduled date. At the least the Academy will accommodate the student in the next session if the seat is available or on a later date.
In case of duplicate payment, parent/ student can approach the admin or finance/ accounts department for refund with the proof of the transaction reference/ account bank statement.
Refund will be processed within 8 to 10 working days, respective payment gateway will send the amount back to the issuing bank [user’s card banker] for processing, which should approximately take 8-10 working days, depending on issuing banks policies.
